Shipping & Return Policy: Our mission is to bring you the best quality products, guaranteed. We also vow to offer you the fastest and most reliable shipping available.
We do offer international shipping worldwide. However some countries have different laws and regulations on the importation and distribution of aesthetics. Consequently, we have certain shipping restrictions on a number of products that we know to be illegal in the country in which the restriction is in place. We therefore advice for all customers to check the legality of the product they intend to order.
Prime Dermal Care offer a number of shipping options when placing an order at our online store. Therefore the delivery times will vary depending on which option you select.
- Standard shipping – Delivery takes 5-14 working days
- Express shipping – Delivery takes 3-5 working days.
- Express Overnight – Same day Delivery. (This option is not available for all countries)
Shipping is free for wholesale orders.
Major Delivery Services used include UPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS services for shipping.
We accept any products returned within 7 working days from receipt of the product for reason being under one of the following conditions:
- Product contains manufacturing defects
- Wrong Item Received
- The product was damaged upon arrival
- Items Damaged in Transit
- If you change your mind
- Open Packages on Arrival
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 1-7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
